Home made scooter transport. It was custom made by a local fabricator for person in a wheel chair. It could be used to carry/move a small bike/vehicle. It connects to a vehicles towball, the side folds down to drive your scooter/bike/wheel chair/vehicle up the little ramp. Great condition.
